This document explains how we collect, use and store your personal information. This includes any personal information given to us about other people in the course of providing consultancy services to you or your business.

The lawful basis for us collecting data is to be able to fulfil a contract and, as such, specific consent for its use is not required.

 Confidentiality

We will not share your information for marketing or any other purposes with other companies. We have never, and will not, sell or pass on your data to anyone else.

 How we collect data

We either meet with you face to face, or take information by telephone, email or letter, to ensure we understand your needs.

With an appropriate mandate from you, we might also receive information from other parties you have engaged for consultancy or other purposes.

 The data we collect

In addition to information specific to the services being covered, we might hold Personally Identifiable Information in respect of names, dates of birth and contact details, etc. If you are providing Personally Identifiable Information, you must ensure you have appropriate permissions and, in any event, comply with GDPR.

 Where we hold data

All data is held in digital files, emails and temporary paper files. We use both physical and cloud servers for data storage to reduce the risk of loss by fire, theft or physical damage/degradation.

How long we hold data

Data will be retained by us only for so long as is necessary, especially to meet legal or regulatory obligations, and only for the purpose for which it was collected

In certain circumstances you have the right to require us to:

  • Provide you with further details on the use we make of your personal data.

  • Provide you with a copy of the personal data you have provided to us.

  • Update any inaccuracies in the personal data we hold.

  • Delete any personal data that we no longer have a lawful basis to use.

  • Stop processing your data if you wish to withdraw consent.
